Health Guarantee - All our puppies come with a one year health guarantee against lethal genetic or congenital defect.
Any and all money paid is non-refundable and is required to hold the puppy you choose until weaning age. If something happens to the puppy during the 8 week period we can offer an exchange only for another puppy if available. The balance plus shipping must be paid for in advance of shipping any puppy. We accept cash and Paypal however we will charge a 4% fee for using paypal. Paypal, we feel is the the best way to go for the purpose of security and records . No personnel checks

Every attempt has been made to insure you are receiving a puppy in good health. Your puppy has received a health examination and a health certificate is provided with each puppy. We guarantee this puppy to be free from any major genetic defects causing death for 1 year from the puppy date of birth.
The Seller guarantees that the said puppy described above will be free of adenovirus2, hepatitis, distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus at the time the puppy leaves my home.
Buyer has 3 days (72 hours) after receiving the puppy to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian. If not seen by a veterinarian within the 3 day (72 hour) period this health guarantee is voided. If upon examination the veterinarian finds any life threatening condition, the buyer must notify the seller at once.
Documentation from a licensed veterinarian must be provided to the seller. Seller will replace puppy with one of equal value as soon as one is available after puppy has been returned to seller at buyer's expense.
All shipping costs are buyers responsibility. We the breeder are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer. No cash refunds of any kind will be made.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any of our puppies or stud services.
We reserve the right to refuse replacement of any puppy for temperament or hip problems caused by owner negligence or abuse. This includes but not limited to over feeding; excessive exercise; improper socialization.
Your puppy has been on a vaccination & deworming schedule here. Please take the health record we provide to your veterinarian. It is very important to continue the vaccinations & worming schedule for your puppy and don't forget annual boosters after that. If buyer fails to provide vaccinations and wormings as recommended by buyer's veterinarian, this guarantee is null and void if the puppy contracts diseases that would otherwise be prevented by those vaccinations.
You the buyer agree to take good care of the puppy and to provide adequate food, water, housing and medical care. Please remember puppies are babies too! They need plenty of rest, fresh water, regular food, a warm and dry place to sleep, regular exercise and TLC.
Buyer understands that seller has first right of refusal if buyer decides they no longer want or can no longer care for the puppy/dog. We will offer NO cash refund but can make arrangements for another puppy/dog of equal fair market value at a better time in the buyers life. Buyer also agrees not to dispose of this puppy to any type of shelter. Our puppies/dogs are always welcome back at our home. Please contact us and we will help make arrangements to get the puppy back to us.
